  • All products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary depending on product type and design.

Shipping Times

  • All items are shipped from China.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days for domestic orders depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
