Return & Refund Policy – Bledart Club

At Bledart Club, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are printed on demand based on your order.

Due to the personalized nature of our items (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories with your chosen designs), we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bledartclub@gmail.com.

Include a photo of the product and packaging.

We will then offer:

A replacement product at no additional cost, or
-
A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Errors

If there is an error on our side (wrong design, size, or color), we will correct it free of charge.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with a photo and description of the issue.
4. Return Procedure

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side.
6. Exceptions

Sale items or bundles follow the same rules: no returns for a change of mind, only for defects or errors.

We cannot accept returns for custom designs created by the customer if they match the order specifications.
