Return & Refund Policy – Bledart Club

At Bledart Club, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Made-to-Order Products

  • All products are printed on demand based on your order.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our items (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories with your chosen designs), we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

  • Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bledartclub@gmail.com.

  • Include a photo of the product and packaging.

  • We will then offer:

    • A replacement product at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Errors

  • If there is an error on our side (wrong design, size, or color), we will correct it free of charge.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with a photo and description of the issue.

4. Return Procedure

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side.

6. Exceptions

  • Sale items or bundles follow the same rules: no returns for a change of mind, only for defects or errors.

  • We cannot accept returns for custom designs created by the customer if they match the order specifications.
